Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PerimX Mail, currently offered as a free beta at perimx.me. By creating an address, you agree to them.

The beta

PerimX Mail is in beta. Features may change, and we may need to pause or reset the service while we work on it. We'll try to give notice before anything that affects your ability to receive mail, but we can't guarantee the beta will be uninterrupted.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be able to legally agree to these terms in your jurisdiction to create an address.
• One person or organization may not create accounts to evade a suspension.

Acceptable use

Don't use PerimX Mail to send spam or malware, to harass someone, to impersonate a person or organization you're not authorized to represent, or for anything illegal where you live. We may suspend or close an address that's used this way.

Aliases

Aliases are provided for your own use in managing incoming mail. You can create and disable them at any time; disabling an alias stops new mail to it but doesn't retroactively delete mail already delivered to your inbox.

Your own domain

If you connect a domain you own, you're responsible for maintaining the DNS records PerimX asks you to set. If you remove them, mail to that domain may stop being delivered through PerimX.

Availability

We aim to keep PerimX Mail available, but as a beta service we don't promise a specific uptime, and we're not liable for lost mail, missed messages, or downtime. Keep an eye on important mail flows and don't rely solely on a beta address for anything critical.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes out of beta. If we make a material change, we'll post the update here with a new "last updated" date.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate the acceptable use section above, after attempting to notify you where practical.
