This policy explains what PerimX Mail ("PerimX", "we") collects when you use perimx.me, and what we do with it. PerimX Mail is currently a beta product; this page describes it in its current, beta form.
What we collect
- Account information. The address you choose, any custom domain you connect, and the aliases you create.
- Mail content. Messages sent to your addresses and aliases, stored encrypted at rest.
- Basic technical data. Sign-in timestamps and the kind of activity needed to keep the service secure (e.g. detecting unusual login attempts).
- Cookies you consent to. See "Cookies" below — we only set optional cookies if you accept them in the banner.
What we don't do
- We don't read your mail content to build advertising profiles.
- We don't sell mail content, addresses, or aliases to third parties.
- We don't share your data with data brokers.
Tracker blocking
PerimX strips tracking pixels and known tracking parameters from incoming mail before it's shown to you. This happens on our servers as part of delivering your mail, not by sending your mail content to a third party.

We don't use cookies for cross-site ad tracking, and no cookie set by PerimX is disguised as something it isn't.
Data retention
Mail is retained while your account is active. If you delete an alias, new mail to it stops arriving; existing messages already delivered to your inbox remain until you delete them. If you delete your account, we delete your mail and account data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for security or legal reasons.
Your choices
- You can turn off or delete any alias at any time.
- You can export your mail before closing your account.
- You can reject optional cookies at any time from the banner or by clearing site data.
